I’ve been wearing blue light blocking glasses for the past few months (one pair specifically designed for artificial light in daytime, and the other for all blue light after sunset).

I live in a very rural area and am not usually shopping in big, bright department stores. However, this past week, I traveled a few hours into the biggest town nearby and was in two different stores that were so bright, I had to leave. I was legitimately going to pass out from the brightness. It was giving me dizziness and near vertigo that was horrendous. I made a straight line towards the exit and left. Twice.

Has anyone else noticed a drastic increase in fluorescent light sensitivity ever since wearing blue light blocking glasses?
