Recently got an Audible subscription through Amazon, and would like to get some “biohackish” books through it if possible. Anyone have recommendations? Not necessarily looking for anyone in particular, but I’m a fan of people like Ben Greenfield, Ben Pakulski, Paul Chek, Wim Hof, etc. I like learning about optimizing performance through gut bacteria, sleep (especially), recovery, natural herbs, and more. Welcome any sort of suggestions!
